Noah Cohen; family, surf, friends, and lots of fun!
Born in Tofino, BC; Noah lived with his parents and his twin brother. They were a pretty adventurous family, living sometime in "Matilda" his father´s boat and just enjoying life. He started surfing at a young age and found out that it was the only thing that make him feel the happiest and also frustrated him but improve him the most. As a very competitive person, started to enter some competitions and became a professional surfer. We travel all the way to Canada to show you a little bit of Noah´s story, check it out!
At the age of 10 his father passed away, he then relied on many friends to keep doing what he loved. Sometimes he drives to Nova Scotia were he says "It´s always the feeling of a relaxing life".
Noah is starting to prepare for the 2020 Olympic Games, were he will represent his country. He participated in the World Surfing Games were more than 40 countries gather to have some of the most amazing surf.
Traveling around the globe because of surfing, he ended up on the beaches of Iceland. He got injured during a session of some gnarly waves, the doctor said it was a knee injury and needed to have surgery. The diagnose was at least 9 months of rehab and it was not a guarantee that he will manage to surf again.
He was determined to keep on going, he then truly realize that surfing was the only thing that he loved, enjoy and wanted to get better at. Defying all odds Noah took only 6 months to get back up on his board to start surfing again.
Noah keeps preparing himself for the 2020 Olympic Games a great event to show all the hard work he has put into his passion, surfing. Check out Noah´s story in the video below!
